  • Right to access information about your personal data stored by us and how it is processed,
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate personal data,
  • Right to erasure of your personal data stored by us,
  • Right to restriction of processing, if we are not yet allowed to delete your data due to statutory obligations,
  • Right to object to the processing of your data by us, and
  • Right to data portability, provided you have consented to the processing of your data or have concluded a contract with us.


If you have given us your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible for you depends on the federal state of your residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement. 3. Collection of personal data when visiting our website

When you use our website for informational purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display the website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR):

4. Purposes of data processing by us and third parties

We process your personal data only for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those stated.
We only disclose your personal data to third parties if:

  • you have given your explicit consent (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR),
    the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR),
  • the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c GDPR), or
  • the processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not having your data disclosed (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR).

5. Deletion or blocking of data

We adhere to the principles of data minimization and data economy. We therefore store your personal data only for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes stated here or as required by the various statutory retention periods provided for by the legislator. After the respective purpose no longer applies or these periods have expired, the corresponding data will be routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.

6. Cookies

Like many other websites, we use so-called “cookies”. The session cookies we use are intended to make it easier for you to use our website. 7. SSL-Encryption

To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use encryption methods in line with the current state of the art (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.

8. Visitor tracking

To measure the number of visitors, time spent on the site, and the source of website visitors, we use the tool Plausible Analytics. Plausible Analytics collects only aggregated and publicly available information that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about individual visitors. evos GmbH uses products and services for analysis and marketing purposes, which are provided by Visable GmbH (www.visable.com) in cooperation with them. To that end, pixel tracking technology is used to collect, process, and store data to create at least pseudonymised, and where possible and appropriate, fully anonymised user profiles. The collected data, which may initially include personal data, is transmitted to Visable or collected directly by Visable and used to create the aforementioned user profiles. Visitors to this website are not personally identified, and no other personal data is merged with the user profiles. If IP addresses are identified as personal data, they are immediately deleted. You can object to the processing operations described above at any time with effect for the future:

9. Changes to our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to adapt this Privacy Policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to reflect changes to our services in the Privacy Policy, for example when introducing new services. The new Privacy Policy will then apply to your next visit.
